Recipes and Practices Simple Detox Juice
Meet three easy recipes that you can incorporate into your daily life:
1 - Green Juice Detox
2 pineapple slices
1 cup water and filtered through
1 tablespoon of chia
2 cabbage leaves
5 mint leaves
1 apple
squeezed juice of 2 lemons
2 - cabbage juice with carrot, orange, apple and papaya
4 cabbage leaves
juice 3 medium oranges
1/2 peeled raw carrot
1/2 apple
1/4 papaya
3 - Detox juice with watermelon and mint
1 watermelon juice (200 ml)
2 mint leaves
1 pinch ground ginger
1 tablespoon flax seed dessert
The method of preparation of each of the recipes are quite simple, just hit everything in a blender and serve. If you prefer colder, place a few ice cubes and blend with the recipe.
